Responsibilities ‑ A global Implementation of a fast track MRPII
strategy (fastest ever) and involved multiple SAP modules: (Finance, Material
Master, Warehousing, Planning, Production & Procurement). Project planning
& tracking carried out using Primavera via a Citrix ICA client on an integrated
schedule, which encompassed 7 sites. Training, procedural documentation and
data accuracy were highly critical due to the closely controlled nature of the
Pharmaceutical industry by the FDA. Substantial critical path analysis was
carried out to maximise total float and minimise risk. In addition, resource
levelling was required to minimise manpower bottlenecks.

managerial advice and assistance. Projects included the complete
multidiscipline design of a Process Development Facility for Pfizer in the UK. Other projects included
CCGT Power Generation plants and substantial pharmaceutical laboratories in
Eastern Europe.
